Is Community Edition really free forever?
Yes — permanently free. You just need a free license key from infrapilot.org/community. No credit card, no time limit, no feature degrades.
What counts as a workspace on Pro?
$19/mo covers one InfraPilot workspace (your installation). One workspace manages up to 10 agents — each agent is one server.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day Professional trial starts the moment you activate a trial license key — no payment information needed until you decide to subscribe.
Can I self-host Enterprise Edition?
Yes. Enterprise EE is self-hosted — the commercial license unlocks the additional features in your existing installation. We don't manage it for you.
What's the upgrade path from Community?
Update your license key in Settings → License. No reinstall, no downtime, no migration. Your data, config, and proxy rules are preserved.
Is there annual billing with a discount?
Yes. Annual billing is available for Professional and Enterprise at a 20% discount. Contact support@infrapilot.org to switch to annual.
